I like the others had a shoddy experience with Jillybugs also. I know how buy-in groups work so waiting is no problem for me.

The problem I have is when I buy something off a of a website stating its RTS (ready to ship) and I go 3-4 weeks with no word. I emailed the billing email inquiring about my order and was rudely informed that I should have read the pinned post stating that they were 18 days behind on shipping. 18 D A Y S!!! And that's business days, not calendar days.

I really wanted the outfits so I held my tongue but now that I have them let me say this, I work in sales, if you are 18 days behind in shipping 1. you have no idea how to run a company and are in way over your head. 2.

do not continue to post new items (definitely don't say they're ready to ship), take care of your existing orders first, then reopen for new items.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else for your little ones outfits.
